Development Process
We receive your technical package and conduct the first version trial production. After the sample shoes are developed, they will be sent to you for confirmation.
Testing
We will test the materials to ensure that they pass the international quality standards.
Fitting
We have an independent fitting room. The fitting manager needs to observe and track the fitting situation on a weekly basis. After the fitting is completed, a report needs to be shared and summarized.
Cutting
We will check the color difference of the die and the material, and produce in accordance with the international standard process.
Sewing Machine
We will adjust the operator’s sitting posture to work in the correct posture, and at the same time conduct QC inspection on the output uppers and package them.
Bottom Composition
We will conduct tensile tests, solve common problems of the bottom composition and conduct quality inspections.
Molding
Use professional machinery and equipment to perform repeated operations, observe and rectify until the product meets international standards and is packaged.
